IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE!
Join the Brodhead Watershed Association as we recognize the contributions of our conservation partners, members, and friends while celebrating our collective efforts to promote the preservation of clean, abundant water and the forested landscapes of the Pocono region. This year, we are hosting our Annual Members & Friends Celebration on Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the historic and picturesque Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort.
CASH BAR – DINNER – DESSERT
Tickets:
$65 donation for BWA members; $70 donation for nonmembers
Party of Two Tickets:
$120 donation for BWA Members, $130 donation for nonmembers

Registration via Check:
If preferred, tickets may also be purchased via check payment. Please RSVP with your name(s) and number of attendees to Stephanie to be added to the registration list. Checks can be made out to the Brodhead Watershed Association and mailed to P.O. Box 339, Henryville, PA 18332.

SILENT AUCTION FUNDRAISER
This year, BWA will be hosting an in-person auction fundraiser on the night of the celebration. Bidding will take place throughout the first portion of the evening, and winners will be announced at the close of the celebration. We will have several items to bid on, each helping to generate funds that support BWA in our clean water mission throughout the Poconos. PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA CASH OR CHECK.
